WEASELS Ripped My Fest! Wyatt Doyle Appearing at San Diego Comic Fest

This weekend, New Texture brings Weasels Ripped My Flesh! to San Diego Comic Fest! Weasels editor Wyatt Doyle will appear in San Diego in support of the upcoming release with copies of the advance edition for sale. This absurdly limited advance run will only be available for purchase at Comic Fest.

In addition, we'll be previewing a pair of upcoming releases from New Texture books: Chris D.'s eagerly-awaited Gun and Sword: An Encyclopedia of Japanese Gangster Films 1955-1980 and Wyatt Doyle's new collection of photographs and stories, I Need Real Tuxedo and a Top Hat!

Our friend George Clayton Johnson (Twilight Zone, Logan's Run) is the event's Storyteller-in-Residence, and the Fest will present a re-creation of his legendary Laguna Beach beatnik coffeehouse from the 1960s, the Café Frankenstein. And lucky us, that's where our Weasels reading will be happening ... Daddy-O.

Wyatt's Comic Fest schedule, with descriptions from the Fest program:
